Get your full functional health assessment.
This is a 90 minute deep dive into your health history. Before this consultation you will have the opportunity to send over any prior tests, medical letters, previous protocols and case notes for review by Nicole. You will also complete our assessment into your medical history, family history and current health status for Nicole to review prior to your consultation, this means you are ready to jump straight in to the deep dive session. During the consultation you will build a functional medicine timeline and matrix with Nicole, discuss your underlying imbalances and root causes, discuss any possible functional tests and build your path to success for the coming year.
UNLIMITED Consultations.
Consultations with Nicole as required throughout the year, to move you through the pillars of The Goode Health Method, building bespoke plans, that take a 360Ëš holistic approach to your body & mind and support your individual needs and goals. With functional, nutritional, lifestyle and supplement plans provided for you. Having this level of support really helps you to get the best and most sustainable results possible, chronic conditions take time to develop and they also take time to heal.

INCLUDED Functional tests recommended by Nicole, test interpretation & reports, including letters to your GP or consultants as required.
Nicole will recommend functional tests for you throughout the year as required and these will be ordered as part of your package if you are happy to go ahead. Nicole will review all testing and report on your results. Your plans will then be built to incorporate your test results. Should you require any letters to be written to your GP or consultants these will also be provided.
