Comprehensive Stool Test
GI360 Complete is an advanced, innovative, comprehensive and clinically-applicable stool profile, utilising multiplex PCR molecular technology, coupled with growth-based culture and ID by MALDI-TOF, sensitive biochemical assays and microscopy to detect and assess the status of pathogens, viruses, parasites and bacteria that may be contributing to acute or chronic gastrointestinal symptoms and other health issues. GI360 Complete includes a broad range of stool chemistry markers to assess digestion/absorption, inflammation, immunology, short chain fatty acids and intestinal health markers.

Mycotoxin Test
A comprehensive mycotoxin test that screens for eleven mycotoxins and forty species of mould from a single urine sample. Mycotoxins (toxins from mould) are some of the most prevalent toxins in the environment. Mycotoxins are metabolites produced by fungi like mould, which can infest buildings, vehicles, and foodstuffs. Fungi can grow on almost any surface, especially if the environment is warm and wet. These fungi then release mycotoxins into the environment causing symptoms of many different chronic diseases. Identifying exposures allows for targeted interventions.

Dutch Plus Hormone & Adrenal
DUTCH Plus can help identify the root causes of sex hormone and adrenal imbalances in men and women and includes assessment of the Cortisol Awakening Response (CAR) to give further insight to the HPA axis. DUTCH Plus provides a comprehensive assessment of 35 different sex and adrenal hormones, including oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA and cortisol along with their metabolites. It also looks at the overall diurnal pattern of free cortisol and cortisone along with a more in-depth assessment of the Cortisol Awakening Response. The oxidative stress marker and other markers such as glutathione, neuroinflammation and more are also included.

Adrenal Test
Adrenal Function test assesses the HPA axis/adrenal function and includes 4 cortisol levels collected over the course of the day, plus DHEA. Cortisol levels should be at their highest level 30 minutes after waking up in the morning, decreasing gradually over the course of the day and reaching their lowest point at bedtime. The resulting curve or pattern allows us as practitioners to pinpoint issues with adrenal gland function, leading to symptoms related to stress, fatigue, chronic illness, burnout, anxiety, depression and insomnia.
